2006
Departure - Tongxiang: In 2006, Tongxiang production Base was established. While producing industrial proteins, we are also developing bio-active collagen. Finally, the research and development of bio-active collagen successfully reached the industry standard, laying the foundation of Jiayi.
2019
Cultivation - Jiangxi: In 2019, the construction of the Jiangxi production base was completed, focusing on the production of collagen peptides and the research of plant-based protein peptides, accurately layout the market and expanding the product line.
2021
Leap - Hunan: In 2021, the establishment of the Hunan base, the adoption of international standards, improved the equipment process, and in-depth research and development in the field of collagen peptide technology.
2022
Go Beyond: In 2022, we independently set corporate standards higher than industry and national standards, highlighting excellent quality. Set up a laboratory that can check 26 test items, and build a comprehensive quality assurance system to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
2023
Innovation-Granule: In 2023, we innovatively launched pellet products to meet the diversified needs of the market. Monthly output exceeded 100 tons, and granular products won wide praise from consumers.
2024
Capacity leap: In 2024, through the optimization of production management, production capacity has reached a qualitative change. The production process was optimized and the monthly output value of bovine collagen peptide reached 400 tons, a new high in the industry. At the same time, the construction of the fourth production base was started, which laid the foundation for the future development of Jiayi.
JIAYI integrates research, production and sales, with a complete industrial chain. We have production bases in Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, and have achieved high automation in production processes to form a multi-regional production layout. Our annual output of biological active peptides is up to 6,000 tons.
